The Indiana Exchange Carrier Association (INECA) is a non-profit trade association that represents the rural telecommunications companies in Indiana. INECA advocates for its member companies and their customers in regulatory and legislative matters to ensure that affordable, state-of-the-art telecommunications services continue to be available in rural Indiana. Additionally, INECA assists in developing business relationships among its members, other telecommunications providers and organizations that promote an advanced telecommunications infrastructure for economic development throughout Indiana.
